Administrative Assistant

Must be savvy with Microsoft Word, Excel, and have good typing abilities. You must possess the ability to successfully apply investigative methods and procedures. Have the ability to analyze complex facts and documentation to reach a logical conclusion. You must possess strong organizational and problem solving skills. A successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, possess time management skills, have the ability to meet strict deadlines and able to prioritize their own workflow, follow detailed instructions, and are able to learn new tasks quickly. Childcare work experience is a plus.
Job duties consist of Assisting Lead Auditors/Investigators by performing data entry, research work and investigation. You must have the ability to succinctly summarize findings to the lead auditor through verbal and written communications. Have the ability to learn and understand complex data systems used to manage various public assistance programs. Be able to accurately notate and describe identified patterns, trends, or pre-defined occurrences of fraud. Ensure all collected records are present through a comparison to the property receipt and the physical records. You will also assist in completing other special projects as needed by the supervisor.

Education: Bachelors or Associates Degree desired, or equivalent work experiences

Pay: $12.00 to $13.00 Per Hour, Based on Experience.
Duration/Hours/Week: Full-Time, 40 Hour Per Week
Shift/Work Days: First Shift, Monday-Friday
